Chrysalis is an initiative dedicated to empowering African girls and women through leadership and entrepreneurship through coaching, mentoring, and networking.

2. Donations and Payment Terms

2.1. Purpose of Donations

All donations collected through the Chrysalis website are used exclusively to support our mission and programs, including:

  • Leadership development and entrepreneurship coaching;
  • Personal growth and mental wellness initiatives;
  • Vocational training and youth capacity-building;
  • Mentorship, networking, and community-building activities;
  • Advocacy for gender equality and women’s participation in economic growth.

Donations may also be used to cover essential operational and administrative costs that enable the effective delivery of these programs.

2.2. Eligibility to Donate

To donate, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
  • Use a valid and authorized payment method.

2.3. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept donations via secure online payment services, such as PayPal, Stripe, or credit/debit cards. By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

2.4. Non-Refundable Donations

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all donations are considered final and non-refundable. Please carefully review the donation amount and frequency (if recurring) before confirming your contribution.

2.5. Recurring Donations

If you choose to set up a recurring donation, you authorize Chrysalis to automatically charge the selected amount at the specified frequency. You may cancel your recurring donation at any time by contacting us at: info@chrysalis-asso.org

3. Membership Terms

3.1 Eligibility for Membership

Membership with Chrysalis is open to African women who support our mission and wish to actively contribute to our initiatives.

3.2 Membership Fee and Duration

The annual membership fee is €111, payable as a one-time upfront payment. Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of payment. Renewal is required to maintain an active membership status.

Chrysalis reserves the right to revise membership fees with prior notice. Any fee changes will be communicated clearly on our website and to existing members before they take effect.

3.3 Refund Policy for Membership Fees

Membership fees are considered final and non-refundable, except in cases of technical payment error or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, logos, graphics, images, and texts on the Chrysalis website are the property of Chrysalis unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without prior written consent.
